At Mustela, we are committed to providing the safest and most effective skincare for you and your baby. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new or gently used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
